This site (https://cbindustries.co) is operated by CB Industries, a promotional-materials manufacturer based in San Diego, California. This policy explains what information the site collects from visitors, how it's used, and what rights California residents have over their information under the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) and, where applicable, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
This site does not use a contact form, does not set analytics or advertising cookies, and does not sell or share personal information. The only information we receive is what you choose to send us directly — for example, by emailing [email protected] to request a quote. That may include your name, email address, phone number, and details about your project.
Information sent to us by email is used solely to respond to your inquiry — to quote, scope, and produce the project you've asked about. We don't use it for unrelated marketing, and we don't sell it to third parties.
This site does not currently run analytics or tracking scripts, and does not set any cookies beyond what your browser stores on its own (such as a theme preference). If that changes — for example, if we add analytics in the future — this policy will be updated to disclose it before it goes live.
CalOPPA requires any commercial website that collects personal information from California residents to post this notice, regardless of the size of the business. Separately, the CCPA's full consumer-rights framework (access, deletion, opt-out of sale/sharing) applies to businesses that meet specific revenue or data-volume thresholds; as a small manufacturer, CB Industries does not currently meet those thresholds. As a matter of practice rather than legal obligation, we'll still honor a request to tell you what information we hold about you or to delete it — just email [email protected].
